Lorsqu'il est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 l'eau, il fait baisser le pH. L'Alpha Arbutine est un glycoside. Elle n\u00e9cessite un environnement de pH stable entre 4,5 et 6,5. Cette r\u00e9action d'hydrolyse lib\u00e8re de l'hydroquinone dans votre s\u00e9rum.
