Les produits de protection solaire ont des exigences r\u00e9glementaires sp\u00e9cifiques, des contraintes de pH et des conditions de traitement qui doivent \u00eatre compatibles avec les exigences de stabilit\u00e9 de la glabridine.<\/p>\n\n      <h2>La justification scientifique de la combinaison de la protection UV et de l'\u00e9claircissement<\/h2>\n\n      <p>Le rayonnement UV d\u00e9clenche la m\u00e9lanogen\u00e8se par deux voies :<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Voie directe :<\/strong> Les UV peuvent activer les voies de signalisation m\u00e9lanog\u00e9niques dans les m\u00e9lanocytes, y compris la r\u00e9gulation li\u00e9e au MITF, entra\u00eenant une augmentation de l'expression et de l'activit\u00e9 de la tyrosinase.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Voie indirecte :<\/strong> Les UV g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des esp\u00e8ces r\u00e9actives de l'oxyg\u00e8ne (ROS) qui d\u00e9clenchent une r\u00e9ponse au stress cellulaire, et stimulent les k\u00e9ratinocytes \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer des prostaglandines et des cytokines qui contribuent \u00e0 une augmentation de l'activit\u00e9 des m\u00e9lanocytes.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Un \u00e9cran solaire r\u00e9duit l'exposition aux UV au stade de la filtration UV, diminuant ainsi l'activation des voies de signalisation m\u00e9lanog\u00e9niques et inflammatoires. Un pH sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 7,0 peut augmenter le risque de d\u00e9gradation de la glabridine dans certaines conditions et doit \u00eatre confirm\u00e9 par des tests de stabilit\u00e9. De nombreuses \u00e9mulsions SPF min\u00e9rales peuvent \u00eatre con\u00e7ues dans une plage de pH de 5,5 \u00e0 6,5, mais les performances SPF et la stabilit\u00e9 physique doivent \u00eatre revalid\u00e9es apr\u00e8s tout ajustement du pH.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Les syst\u00e8mes de protection solaire chimiques\/organiques<\/strong> tol\u00e8rent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une plage de pH relativement large en fonction des filtres UV sp\u00e9cifiques et du syst\u00e8me de formulation. De nombreux filtres UV organiques et leurs syst\u00e8mes sont compatibles dans une plage de pH de 4,5 \u00e0 7,0, bien que la stabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9pende du filtre, permettant une flexibilit\u00e9 de formulation dans une plage de pH de 5,0 \u00e0 6,0, ce qui est bien dans la plage optimale de la glabridine.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Ligne directrice de formulation :<\/strong> Concevoir la base SPF \u00e0 un pH de 5,0 \u00e0 6,5 avant d'incorporer la glabridine.
