Ensemble, ils forment une approche conceptuelle en couches combinant le contr\u00f4le en amont et la r\u00e9gulation pigmentaire en aval.<\/p>\n\n      <h2>Le probl\u00e8me de la PIH post-acn\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n      <h3>Pourquoi le simple \u00e9claircissement ne suffit pas<\/h3>\n\n      <p>La PIH post-acn\u00e9 suit une s\u00e9quence bien \u00e9tablie :<\/p>\n\n      <ol>\n        <li><em>Cutibacterium acnes<\/em> (<em>C. acnes<\/em>) colonise le follicule s\u00e9bac\u00e9<\/li>\n        <li>Les m\u00e9tabolites bact\u00e9riens d\u00e9clenchent une r\u00e9ponse inflammatoire dans la peau environnante<\/li>\n        <li>La cascade inflammatoire \u2014 via la prostaglandine E\u2082 et d'autres m\u00e9diateurs \u2014 stimule les m\u00e9lanocytes \u00e0 augmenter la synth\u00e8se de m\u00e9lanine<\/li>\n        <li>L'inflammation se r\u00e9sorbe (ou continue de mani\u00e8re subclinique), laissant une marque sombre r\u00e9siduelle : la PIH<\/li>\n        <li>Si le d\u00e9clencheur bact\u00e9rien n'est pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9, l'activit\u00e9 acn\u00e9ique en cours peut r\u00e9initialiser la s\u00e9quence \u00e0 partir de l'\u00e9tape 1<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n\n      <p>Les actifs \u00e9claircissants standards \u2014 inhibiteurs de la tyrosinase, d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de la vitamine C, niacinamide \u2014 traitent l'\u00e9tape 4 (la pigmentation) mais pas les \u00e9tapes 1 \u00e0 3 (le d\u00e9clencheur bact\u00e9rien et la cascade inflammatoire). Pour une peau pr\u00e9sentant une activit\u00e9 acn\u00e9ique en cours, cela signifie que le traitement \u00e9claircissant est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me qui continue de produire de nouvelles PIH. Il est disponible en tant que mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re certifi\u00e9e COSMOS et est distribu\u00e9 exclusivement par Huatai en Chine continentale.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>M\u00e9canisme antimicrobien :<\/strong> Le Totarol pr\u00e9sente une activit\u00e9 antimicrobienne contre les bact\u00e9ries Gram-positives et a montr\u00e9 des effets inhibiteurs contre <em>C. acnes<\/em> in vitro. <em>Propionibacterium acnes<\/em> (maintenant <em>C. acnes<\/em>) a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e comme la bact\u00e9rie la plus sensible dans l'\u00e9tude originale de caract\u00e9risation antimicrobienne du Totarol (Kubo et al., 1992). Les m\u00e9canismes propos\u00e9s incluent l'interf\u00e9rence avec la division cellulaire bact\u00e9rienne, avec des processus li\u00e9s \u00e0 FtsZ sugg\u00e9r\u00e9s dans certaines \u00e9tudes, ainsi que la perturbation de l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la membrane bact\u00e9rienne \u00e0 des concentrations efficaces.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Le Totarol pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une activit\u00e9 antioxydante et peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l'oxydation des lipides dans les environnements li\u00e9s au s\u00e9bum. Les produits d'oxydation des lipides sont associ\u00e9s aux processus com\u00e9dog\u00e8nes et inflammatoires dans la peau sujette \u00e0 l'acn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Activit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire :<\/strong> Le Totarol a une activit\u00e9 antioxydante document\u00e9e et peut contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des ROS dans les environnements cutan\u00e9s. Cet effet agit en synergie avec l'activit\u00e9 antioxydante de la glabridine, contribuant \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du stress oxydatif global.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Profil de formulation :<\/strong><\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Soluble dans l'huile ; appartient \u00e0 la phase huileuse ou \u00e0 la phase polyol<\/li>\n        <li>Certifi\u00e9 COSMOS (Totarol 99%, 100% PPAI)<\/li>\n        <li>Compatible avec la glabridine dans la m\u00eame phase<\/li>\n        <li>Niveau d'utilisation cosm\u00e9tique typique : 0,05\u20130,2%<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h3>Glabridine : G\u00e9rer les cons\u00e9quences inflammatoires et m\u00e9lanog\u00e8nes<\/h3>\n\n      <p>La glabridine traite la cons\u00e9quence de la PIH post-acn\u00e9 par de multiples m\u00e9canismes :<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire :<\/strong> La glabridine pr\u00e9sente des effets anti-inflammatoires par modulation des voies de signalisation inflammatoire, y compris une r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 la baisse rapport\u00e9e de la COX-2 et des m\u00e9diateurs apparent\u00e9s dans des mod\u00e8les cellulaires. Cela aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la signalisation inflammatoire associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la pigmentation post-acn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Suppression des voies PKA\/MITF et MAPK\/MITF :<\/strong> La glabridine a montr\u00e9 qu'elle supprimait les voies de signalisation PKA\/MITF et MAPK\/MITF, r\u00e9gulant significativement \u00e0 la baisse la transcription et l'expression prot\u00e9ique de MITF, TYR, TRP-1 et TRP-2 dans les m\u00e9lanocytes (Pan et al., 2023).
