Son instabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9coule de multiples m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9gradation simultan\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n      <p><strong>Ch\u00e9lation de m\u00e9taux et complexation non sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong><\/p>\n      <p>L'activit\u00e9 ch\u00e9latrice de cuivre de l'acide kojique est essentielle \u00e0 son inhibition de la tyrosinase, mais contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 son interaction avec les ions de m\u00e9taux traces dans les syst\u00e8mes de formulation. Les ions fer (Fe\u00b3\u207a) et cuivre \u2014 pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 des niveaux traces dans l'eau, les co-ingr\u00e9dients botaniques et les \u00e9quipements de traitement \u2014 peuvent former des complexes de coordination avec l'acide kojique.
