Son principal m\u00e9canisme d'\u00e9claircissement est m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 par l'inhibition de la voie plasminog\u00e8ne-plasmine, entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9diateurs inflammatoires impliqu\u00e9s dans la m\u00e9lanogen\u00e8se.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Le TXA agit en amont dans la cascade de signalisation m\u00e9lanog\u00e9nique, modulant les signaux qui r\u00e9gulent l'activation des m\u00e9lanocytes.<\/p>\n\n      <h3>Glabridine \u2014 Intercepte \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape 3 (Tyrosinase), avec un soutien anti-inflammatoire \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape 2<\/h3>\n\n      <p>La glabridine agit simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 deux niveaux :<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Primaire (\u00c9tape 3) :<\/strong> Inhibition non comp\u00e9titive de la tyrosinase \u2014 r\u00e9duit la synth\u00e8se enzymatique de m\u00e9lanine.
